Once the visual inspection is complete, we scan your vehicle’s computer to ensure there are no other underlying issues.

If we spot any issue we are able to address it and solve it.
This stage is crucial for a tuning to be considered as “safe”.

Our road tuning process includes live diagnostics and on-road adjustments to ensure optimal performance. We test in real conditions—no guesswork, just results you can feel.
Once all maps are modified, we lock the file and send it back to the ECU, saving a copy of the original file.
At this stage we test improvements on the dyno and evalutate if we keep this tune or adjust parameters.
Once our tuner is happy with the results he locks the new ECU file, and lets the vehicle cool down.
After 30 min we perform the last sequence of runs on the dyno. Here we assess the new vehicle performances.

Once your bespoke ECU maps are loaded, we immediately harness our Mainline 2-WD dyno to quantify every gain. Live data logging captures horsepower, torque and boost across the full RPM band, allowing us to:

After initial dyno validation, we “lock” the new map to prevent unintended write-backs and let the ECU cool for 20–30 minutes. This cooldown stabilises operating temperatures so we can:
Re-spin the dyno under identical conditions
Confirm repeatable performance gains without thermal drift
Sign off on reliability, verifying that torque and boost curves remain consistent
Locking the ECU ensures only our optimised map runs on your vehicle, and the final dyno sweep proves we’ve achieved the promised power and efficiency enhancements
Data integrity is critical. Before any tuning, we extract and securely archive your stock ECU file. After remapping, we:
Copy the tuned file back to the ECU, encrypt it against accidental overwrite
Store both original & tuned files off-site, giving you rollback capability at any time
Log a full checksum report to certify the integrity of each map version
