These terms and conditions apply to the services provided by Yarra Valley Diesel Tuning and to your use of this website. By engaging our services or using this site, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

Our services

We provide the services described on this website. The scope of any particular job is the scope we confirm with you in writing at the time of booking.

We may decline or discontinue work where, in our reasonable judgement, it cannot be carried out safely or to an acceptable standard.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the information provided to us and on our assessment at the time. If additional work, parts or labour are required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

A booking is confirmed once a date has been agreed. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel it.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about the work required, and to tell us about anything that may affect it.

You are responsible for ensuring that any work carried out complies with your own obligations, including those relating to registration, roadworthiness, insurance and any applicable manufacturer or dealer arrangements. Requirements vary, and we cannot advise on your individual circumstances.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Workmanship and parts

Our workmanship is warranted as stated on your invoice. Parts supplied by us carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will pass on to you.

Warranty does not extend to issues caused by subsequent work carried out by others, misuse, or matters existing before our involvement.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
